Adven'ture Ra'cing n. a multidiscipline, outdoor sport. Primary disciplines include navigation, running/trekking, mountain biking and paddling. Canyoneering, mountaineering, glacier travel, white water rafting, rope skills, inline-skating, kick-biking and other human-powered activites may be included. Events may be assisted or unassisted, staged or non-stop; and can take between 2hrs and 10-days to complete, depending on the nature of the event and the environment in which it is held.
