The primary mission of The Jump Rope
Institute is to educate, motivate and encourage millions of people
to use jump rope for sports cross
training, fitness, weight loss, recreation and as a way of life.
Research confirms jump rope
can dramatically improve cardiovascular health in only 5-10 minutes,
while improving sports skills and concentration and serving as a
method for rehabilitating injuries.
We aim to keep
people jumping in the right direction by offering world class
expertise, programs, guidelines, exhibitions, clinics and
workshops. The
Jump Rope Institute is a support system to Jump Rope Technology, to
"Redefine Jump Rope For The 21st Century". A
combined 100 years of jump rope research, experience and know how,
have gone into developing the latest in jump rope programs and
equipment with proven championship results. We
believe that WE CAN, WE WILL and WE MUST help people from
around world learn about THE MAGIC OF THE ROPE and how to use it
correctly to ROPE TO SUCCESS!
