ENTRIES CLOSE: 01 Oct 2008, and must be complete with names, birthdates, etc, as needed by RegattaEntry.Com's system. RegattaEntry.Com Invoice Sheet, Waivers, and Payment need to be received at the PO Box listed above by 07 Oct 2008. Incomplete entries will be ignored. Late entries are not gauranteed. There will be a $20.00 surcharge for each entries' late payment and/or any late entry.
Events are seeded by previous year's results. Late entries, payments, waivers, etc may jeopardize seeded rank. Preliminary race list should be posted on or about 08 Oct 2008, after payments and waivers are processed.

LIGHTWEIGHTS: Individual Maximum Weight only, NO AVERAGING. All Women 135 lbs., Non-High-School-Men 165 lbs.-max, High-School-Men 155 lbs. Weigh-ins on raceday @ Regatta HQ from 08:00 to 10:45(am)
MASTERS: All entries will be time adjusted by a factor of four times the 2008 USRA time adjustment schedule. (4,000m = 4 x 1,000m) Minimum age for any masters category competitor (coxswains excluded) is 30 years old. All masters entries MUST HAVE ALL competitors names with ages entered through the RegattaEntry.Com entry system. Entries received without ages or all competitors, will not receive a time handicap.
JV Events: All of the competitors in a JV event (high school or college) shall not be seniors or 4th year students. Coxswains are excluded from this rule.
Bow marker clips are necessary on all boats. Bow numbers will be provided and must be returned after racing. Bow-person numbers will also be provided and must be worn and visable on the back of the bow-person during the race. Bow-person numbers do not need to be returned after the race.
