The 2008 Dog Sled committee
would like to thank everyone who participated in the Kearney Dog Sled Races.
To each individual that
volunteered, participated, sponsored or made a donation, cooked, set up,
help with trails, man the radio's, checkpoints, traffic, parking, clearing
of trails, putting up signs, plowing snow, activities for spectators,
clean-up, running around, allowing us to use property for parking, or just
coming forward and asking “what can I do to help”.
To all mushers and their
teams for traveling distances to participate, for the community as a whole
for all their support.
