Started in the mid-1940s in Vista, California, this club has shared a rich history. From then to the present, VPR has emerged as an energetic force, dedicating its energies towards promoting and protecting equine activities, in addition to promoting off-site activities and rides for members from its base on Little Gopher Canyon Road.
