ProVee Offshore
ProVee Offshore, now in its 4th year, continues to remain the fastest growing class of powerboat racing, having been created to provide an easier and more economical way of going international racing than ever before and proving itself to be a resounding success.
ProVee is on TV
Now shown in over 70 countries worldwide, ProVee Offshore continues to expand every year into new regions covering Europe, the Middle East, South America, the USA, the Indian Ocean, the Pacific, Africa and the Caribbean. The ProVee race series is produced 'in house' by FM Television and all the programmes are hosted by former BBC Top Gear presenter and former Grand Prix driver and Le Mans sports car ace Tiff Needell. As in previous series, Tiff will be joined on occasions by the effervescent Vicki Butler-Henderson as co-presenter. However some series presenters may vary from region to region.

ProVee Offshore
ProVee Offshore only allows the
use of a canopied monohull design, powered by any single existing
UIM approved inboard engine, limited to 1050 BHP, but prohibits
the use of multi-speed gearboxes. This is part of a concerted effort
to make ProVee Offshore an even more affordable and popular form
of racing and is a clear intention to cut expenditure, offering
competitors a chance to go racing at an affordable level.
ProVee Offshore will offer both race organisers and competitors
a workable and cost effective alternative to what already exists.
The concept also allows competitors an opportunity to go offshore
racing within an existing set of workable guidelines closely based
on the existing UIM Class 2 rules. It is intended to make racing
more competitive and enjoyable for both competitor and spectator
alike.
International interest outside of Europe for this fast moving series continues to grow annually with the Middle East., South Africa, the U.S.A. and even the Caribbean looking to stage races in the future.
