The process of achieving the desired results cannot and will not happen over night and the BCA has already started these moves by: 1. Updating its Constitution and Rules to be closer in line to the memberships aspirations and demands with these key issues. 2. Increase the number of members allowed to sit on the management committee and be accountable for decisions. 3. Open up the facility to have regional representatives who can have a real say in where British Cheerleading needs to advance. 4. Provide more training courses, camps and education for all squad/school coaches. 5. Provide better administration & technical support to all members. The Association's desire and passion is to advance Cheerleading as a recognised and respected athletic discipline and Sport.
